Your Emailkerja Account Settings

#1. What do you need to sign up?

An active domain, with DNS access to set up and use the Emailkerja service. You can use a domain that you already own or buy a new domain from us.

#2. Signing up

  1. Visit the Workplace Email homepage (https:// emailkerja.id).
  2. Select the package you need and click the KONTAK : 0877-27-380-370 button.
  3. You will be directed to WhatsApp. send template messages and wait for a response from CS or Admin.

2.1. Account Registration

2.1.1. Have a KIRIM.EMAIL account

  1. Click the link provided by CS via WhatsApp.
  2. Click the Buy Now button.
  3. Enter your username and password, then click the Sign In button.
  4. Enter your active domain. If you don’t have one, please buy it here.
  5. Enter the coupon code and click the Apply Coupon button (Optional)
  6. Select the “Pembayaran Instan” option.
  7. Click the YES button.
  8. Select the Credit Card in the payment method and click the “PAY” button.
  9. Enter the Cardholder Name, Credit / Debit Card Number, CVC / CVV2 Number, Month, and Year in the fields provided.
  10. Click the Proceed Payment button.
  11. Wait for the verification and activation process by the Emailkerja.id team.

2.1.2 Don’t have a KIRIM.EMAIL account

  1. Click the link provided by CS via WhatsApp.
  2. Click the Buy Now button
  3. Click the Register Here button.
  4. Follow the next process up to the payment.
  5. Wait for the verification and activation process by the Emailkerja.id team

#3. Domain Setup (Domain Setup)

3.1. Domain Ownership Verification

  1. After your account is active, visit https://member.kirim.email then enter your username and password.
  2. Click the Services menu.
  3. Click the EMAILKERJA tab.
  4. Click the Manage Data button.
  5. Copy the verification code and enter the code in your DNS Manager with the following conditions:
    • Type: TXT
    • Name: @
    • Content / Value: Verification code that you have copied
    • TTL: Auto
      In the video tutorial, we use Cloudflare as its DNS Manager.
  6. Click the Verify button.
  7. Click the OK button to confirm that your domain has been verified.
  8. Reload the page to see the status change from Inactive to Active.

3.2 Configuration of Email Delivery

3.2.1. MX Record

  1. Click the Manage Data button.
  2. Click the Pointing tab.
  3. Enter the data in the MX Record section into your DNS Manager.

3.2.2. CNAME Record

  1. Click the Manage Data button.
  2. Click the Pointing tab.
  3. Enter data in the CNAME Record 1 and CNAME Record 2 sections in your DNS Manager.

3.2.3. SPF Record

  1. Click the Manage Data button.
  2. Click the Pointing tab.
  3. Enter data in the SPF / TXT Record section into your DNS Manager.

3.2.4. DKIM Record

  1. Click the Manage Data button.
  2. Click the Pointing tab.
  3. Click the DKIM tab and click the Enable button.
  4. Enter data in the DKIM Record section into your DNS Manager.

#4. Mail User Management

4.1. Creating a New User Mail

  1. Click the Manage data button.
  2. Click the Mailbox Users tab.
  3. Click the Create Mail User button.
  4. Enter the name, username, password, confirm the password and quota, then click the Save button.

4.2. Editing Mail Users

  1. Click the Manage Data button.
  2. Click the Mailbox Users tab.
  3. Click the edit button on the user who wants to be changed.
  4. Make changes to the quota or password and confirm the password.
  5. Click the Save button.

4.3. Removing Mail Users

  1. Click the Manage Data button.
  2. Click the User Mailbox tab.
  3. Click the DEL Button on the username you want to delete.
  4. Click OK.

#5. Access Email

5.1. Accessing Email Through Webmail (Browser)

  1. Click the Manage Data button.
  2. Click the Webmail button or directly visit https://bandung01.emailkerja.id/inbox.
  3. Enter with your username and password then click the Login button.
